We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. All Bug Bam Products are warranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of sale. We will provide a refund for unopened product/s only and any returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping costs.

If you purchased your Bug Bam product in a retail store, you must return the product to that store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not honor any refunds direct to customers for store bought product.
