Bug Bam Return & Warranty Policy

At Bug Bam, your satisfaction matters to us. Every Bug Bam product is backed by a 30-day limited warrantycovering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of sale.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BugBam.com.

  • If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will, at our discretion, provide an exchange or refund.

  • This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened Products: We may accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Opened or Used Products: For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless determined to be defective under warranty.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

  • Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and processing.

3. Purchases from Retail Stores or Online Marketplaces

If you purchased your Bug Bam product from a retailer (online or in-store), please contact that retailer directly to process your return in accordance with their refund or exchange policy.
We are unable to process returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from BugBam.com.

4. Return Authorization Process

To request a return for a product purchased on BugBam.com:

  1. Email returns@bugbam.com with your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.

  3. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

  4. Follow the instructions provided in your RMA email for shipping and processing.

5. Product Performance

Our products are scientifically tested and proven effective in both laboratory and real-world settings. Because we cannot verify how or under what conditions our products were used, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for claims of product ineffectiveness.

6. California Consumer Notice

In accordance with California Civil Code §1723, this policy is clearly posted before purchase and applies to all BugBam.com transactions.
If a product is defective or shipped in error, we will comply with all applicable California consumer protection and warranty laws.

7. Updates to This Policy

Bug Bam may update this Return & Warranty Policy periodically to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. The date above reflects the latest revision.
