All BugBam.com orders are shipped using the services of either United States Postal Service or FedEx. Orders will ship on weekdays only within 2 to 3 days of payment being received. Backorders will ship within 48-hours of the item being received in our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. All customers must contact the relevant shipping company or visit their website to track or receive an update on the location of their order.
